Before attempting any technical support option, please make sure that you have the latest version of the controls (supporting programs) and the latest version of the program itself. By this point Version 2 of the program is stable, but any improvements to the supporting programs will necessitate new downloads. 

Please understand that this is a family operation. It is physically impossible for us to offer the extensive support that FastTrack has. It takes a large, well-trained staff to do that, and with only two adults in our company, we just cannot do it. However, we have attempted to minimize any problems you might have by doing several things.

The NEW FastWays Help System

There are over one hour of video tutorials for the various procedures. Thus, even though FastWays has an intuitive menu system, you now have detailed video instructions to further explain how to use FastWays.

Of course, there are screen shots in the normal help system for quick reference.

E-Mail

It is sad, but I must add a silly phrase to the email address to prevent virus programs from using it to send spam to other users, as if from us. Our e-mail address is rodgergholland(remove this silly phrase)@yahoo.com. Please try to document the keystrokes that created your problem and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

FastTrack's Commentary

We will report major bugs that may occur and need patches, and will handle the problem in an appropriate manner.

Limited Voice Technical Support

If we cannot resolve the issues through email, we will call you at our expense. As pointed out earlier, the technical support staff consists of one person—me. (Melinda handles administrative calls.) P
